Sending out home mailers is very common in our industry, yet the process of how we work them seems to vary greatly from one agency to the next. In my agency we write 150+ policies a month from this process, and it’s some of the best business we put on the books!! This week we will focus on the calls that we get on these and specifically how to navigate that conversation knowing that there is a good chance that both the price and the coverage amounts will change after we’ve had our full conversation with the prospect.
