This quarter we have listened to all of our members feedback and decided to split this popular training into 2 sessions. These 2 1/2 hour sessions will be live and interactive Zoom meetings on July 12th & July 20th\, from 1:00pm-3:30pm-pm EST (10am-12:30 pm PST). This workshop is open to all agency owners\, then of course to managers as long as your agency owner supports it! Please come with your video and audio on as we will be doing some interactive exercises. \nOne of the most common questions we get is “How do I manage my team or how can my Sales Manager learn to do so?” If these are questions that you are curious about\, and if you are looking to take your agency to another level\, this workshop is exactly for you. \nDuring this live and interactive workshop we will share with you and/or your sales manager some very specific strategies that we have learned over my 25 years in this industry and that Kristin has learned in her experience with sales and coaching.
