If you still need the private registration link after that date\, please email amanda@insuranceroleplay.com. \nOne of the most common questions we get is “How do I manage my team or how can my Sales Manager learn to do so?” If these are questions that you are curious about\, and if you are looking to take your agency to another level\, this workshop is exactly for you. \nWe are super excited for January’s “How to Run Your Agency” workshop.  This quarter we have condensed this popular training into one 4 hour session that will be a live and interactive Zoom meeting on January 18th\, from 1-5pm EST. This workshop is open to all agency owners\, then of course to managers as well as long as the agency owner supports it! Please come with your video and audio on as we will be doing some interactive exercises. \nDuring this live and interactive workshop we will share with you and/or your sales manager some very specific strategies that we have learned over my 25 years in this industry and that Kristin has learned in her experience with sales and coaching.
