Why Agency Owners Don’t Make It

In this webinar, Kristin and I are going to focus on the things we have seen firsthand in working with agency owners now for over 6 years. During this time, we have literally talked to thousands of owners, so we have gathered a lot of data around what leads to an agency being successful, but we’ve also seen a lot of common denominators with agency’s that don’t make it.
In our training, we normally always lead with things “TO DO,” try this talk path, use this structure, hire this way, etc…. In this webinar we would have a bit of a different tone, and really will share specific traits that we see in those not making it. We are confident that you will walk away from this one saying “I really needed to hear that today…”
