As we close out June, we are super excited to open registration for July’s “How to Run Your Agency” workshop. This quarter we have condensed this popular training into one session that will be a live and interactive Zoom meeting on July 20th, from 12-5pm EST. This workshop is open to all agency owners, then of course to managers as well as long as your agency owner supports it! Please come with your video and audio on as we will be doing some interactive exercises and breakout rooms.
During this live and interactive workshop we will share with you and/or your sales manager some very specific strategies that we have learned over my 25 years in this industry and that Kristin has learned in her experience with sales and coaching. Content will be collaborative with the focus on sharing what works and maybe helping you avoid some of the ups and downs that can happen as you continue to facilitate changes in your agency. Our goal is to help you and your team be as successful as you can and should be.
