How to Run Your Agency-Session #3

This webinar will go live every Thursday in January beginning with January 6th. There will be 4 different sessions, each 90 minutes long, going from 3:00 to 4:30 EST.
During these 4 weeks we will share with you and/or your sales manager some very specific strategies that we have learned over my 25 years in this industry and that Kristin has learned in her experience with sales and coaching. Content will be collaborative with the focus on sharing what works and maybe helping you avoid some of the ups and downs that can happen as you continue to facilitate changes in your agency. Our goal is to help you and your team be as successful as you can and should be.
