Ever since RPOA launched 6 years ago, we have been asked, “Please help us coach our teams to sell more!” Well, we are so excited  that we now have a workshop designed specifically to answer this request! On Wednesday, January 21st we will launch our next Coaching Strategies Workshop, an interactive 4 hour session for owners and managers that will take everything that we have learned over Jeremy’s 30 years with Allstate and Kristin’s 10 years serving as the Olson Agency GM and package it up into very concrete coaching strategies that are sure to lead to higher numbers for your agency.  In addition to just higher production though, this workshop will get you more comfortable with HOW to coach and how to feel comfortable doing it in a way that fits your personality and will lead to your team members responding with bottom line better results!
