I can’t count the number of years throughout my career that I have been stressed out over hitting my life goals. It seems like every December as my family was enjoying the holiday season I was busy worrying about how to get life insurance issued so I could make my requirements. This all changed 5 years ago when I hired Erica Yvonne Welti. I decided to add a position in my agency dedicated to just calling my clients for life & retirement, and boy has it worked well.
I still require and expect life production form all of my P & C producers, but by adding a position dedicated to this alone has insured that 100% of my customers are being asked about this very important topic, which is really what this is all about.
